It was confirmed on September 18, 2013 that the worlds first ever invisible tower was going to be built. The so called "Tower Infinity" will be built in Cheonga International City, Incheon, South Korea. This tower will use cameras to capture the image on one side of the tower and project it on the other side making it look like it doesn't exist. The tower will be 450 meters (1,476 ft) high making it the sixth tallest building in the world. With the 3rd highest observatory in the world the tower offers a 4D theater, restaurants and a water park. The parking lot is to have 2000 parking spots, expecting a lot of people to come see this attraction. The tower was estimated to be finished by 2014 but had an 18 month delay. Currently there isn't a completion date for when it will be completed.
This image shows how the "Tower Infinity" will look when invisible and when visible. Someone will be able to turn the invisibility function on and off. It hasn't been decided who yet.
The 4D Theater and the water park will not be in the main part of the tower. They will be in one of the other buildings part of the tower.
The inside of the observation part of the tower will have a space from the wall to the edge of the floor so you can look down and see the other floors and whats below you.
